Can You Guess the Splurge/Steal?
Just recently I picked up these two bags. One is a Halston Heritage, the other is a Rebecca Minkoff for mark.. After looking at both of these bags, which do you think is the splurge and which do you think is the steal?
Well, if you read my earlier post on the Rebecca Minkoff (right) bag, you’ll know that I got it for a steal at $60. Yay, right?
What you don’t know is what I paid for the Halston Heritage with all of the hardware on it. Looks expensive right? You can tell that a lot of qualitative materials went into it.
Between the two bags, the splurge is actually the Rebecca Minkoff for mark. bag for $60. I picked up the Halston Heritage bag in the Yoox.com’s clearance sale for $29.
See…you don’t always have to spend a fortune for your fantasy (designer) wardrobe.
